Progress, a provider of application development and deployment technologies, for example, recently announced a new release of their rather powerful

The updated system will enable marketers to deliver "intelligent, seamless, multi-channel experiences" according to the Progress announcement, and utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve experiences and drive lead conversion.
