Plus, the solution offers a database of candidates that can be maintained by each employer, which can help them match candidates for future openings.
It is also important to note that RECRUITview 9.2 features enhancements to the way employers organize job description templates in their "job library" within the software. This helps employers to quickly create job postings and maintain consistency.
