Internet retailers continue to struggle with social media as it relates to actually selling products, but solutions are emerging which aim to expose a greater number of opportunities for these digital merchants.
Miva Merchant, for example, a provider of ecommerce software and services for SMBs has announced a partnership with social commerce platform Social Rebate which will provide Miva Merchant's clients with access to Social Rebate's plug-in that allows Internet retailers to reward customer with cash rebates for sharing purchases on on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social networks.
