Facebook unveiled Businesses on Messenger during its F8 conference as a new channel for consumers and brands to connect.
At launch, Facebook partnered with Zendesk to power business communications on the platform, but since then there have been other integrations, including Conversocial and now Zotabox. With the new Zotabox integration, website owners can allow their customers to send Facebook messages directly from their website. What's more, businesses can create saved responses to send with just a click from their mobile device. Messenger for Business also allows payments, enabling businesses to convert chats into sales.
