Seattle-based mobile marketing advertising network HipCricket has had quite the year, growing tenfold in 2010 and recently running its 75,000th mobile marketing campaign according to the company's recent announcement.
While that growth is in part due to the explosive growth of the mobile industry itself, HipCricket has positioned itself well and its customers are returning - 50% of its ads campaigns come from repeat business.
The company's solutions are currently used in more than 15 industries with a particular focus in quick service restaurants (QSR), consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, travel, and technology). Offerings a suite of mobile marketing and advertising channels, 55% of HipCricket clients have delivered ads via SMS and 45% via display through mobile websites and mobile application banners. Big names including Macy's, Nestle, KFC, HBO and Clear Channel have turned to HipCricket.
"Brands and agencies trust Hipcricket for their mobile advertising because of the unmatched breadth of our capabilities across strategic, creative and technical disciplines. We are truly a full service shop that can work within each of our clients' marketing objectives," said Hipcricket President and Chief Operating Officer, Eric Harber. "Our mobile advertising network's growth has been driven by results-our clients are more engaged with their customers and are realizing and exceeding their business objectives."
