#WebTechWatch: Schema Creator by Raven

Wordpress users interested in integrating microdata into their posts and pages might want to test the Schema Creator plugin by Raven Marketing Tools.

The plugin, which currently has over 20,000 active installs, places an icon above the Post/Page rich text editor, that when selected, enables Wordpress users to create a new schema for a person, product, event, organization, movie, book, review, or recipe.

Once the schema type is selected, the plugin renders a form that can be filled out specific to that schema type (the product schema, for example, is different in makeup than the review schema) that can then be embedded (via a shortcode) in a post or page after it has been created.

Those using the plugin can also customize the settings, allowing Wordpress users to turn on and off CSS, and to include or excluse certain microdata attributes.
