Get Satisfaction, a customer community software platform for technical support, has recently announced that it has been acquired by Sprinklr, a social media management company.
For those unfamiliar with Get Satisfaction, the community platform works by matching consumer questions with answers and ideas with teams who can execute them. Through the platform brands have the opportunity to quickly and accurately answer consumer questions which helps to build consumer trust in the brand.
The terms of the acquisition have been released.
