Customer feedback and online reputation management service RatePoint announced that its Web site is now available in three languages (in addition to English). Now online consumers fluent in German, Spanish and French can provide feedback to companies using RatePoint and receive email updates in their language of origin. The RatePoint language expansion also accommodates e-mail marketing and surveys, as well as a web-based management interface.
"Our clients now can request and receive feedback from their customers and members on their businesses to showcase online reputation in multiple languages," said Neal Creighton, CEO of RatePoint. "We plan to add additional languages in the future as demand continues to grow for excellent customer service and quantifiable business reputation in the global economy."
Launched in mid-September, RatePoint's availability in multiple languages has drawn more than 2,000 of its most recent customers from international small businesses. RatePoint now is managing more than 1 million customer contacts for its clients.
