Here's what happening today amongst you digital Movers and Shakers.

FAB.com Raises $100+ Million
Flash-sales retailer Fab.com raised $105 million in a Series C funding round led by VC firm Atomico. Fab, which launched in 2011, currently offers over 10,000 products each day.

TaskRabbit Raises $13 Million
Labor-marketplace TaskRabbit raised $13 million in a Series C funding ounrd led by the Founders Fund. The funding round brings the startup's total funding to $38 million.

Mashery Raises $10 Million
API management platform Mashery raised $10 million in fund led by Openview Venture Partners and others including Cisco, Formative Ventures, First Round Capital and .406 Ventures.
