PunchTab, an omnichannel loyalty and engagement platform, recently looked into this untapped opportunity and found that one in five moms are Millennial Moms and in the next five years, they have the power to outspend Baby Boomers.
Despite their purchasing power, 45 percent of Millennial Moms feel like marketing campaigns aren't geared toward them and feel overlooked by retailers. While many brands have to now play catch-up to Millennial Moms' preferences and behaviors, PunchTab reports that if rewarded, Millennial Moms are more likely to buy more products from a brand to earn loyalty points.
