Google announced that its Hangouts app would replace its Google Talk messaging service back in May 2013 during Google I/O. But not everyone got to enjoy it.
The Hangouts app, which makes it possible for users make video calls free over both WiFi and carrier providers (3G and 4G) on both Android and iOS using the app, did not let AT&T users make calls over cellular - just WiFi.
The app has since been updated with numerous features but in the past week, Google rolled out an update which finally brings support for AT&T video calling.
