Email marketing service GetResponse has released an interesting new feature, dubbed Perfect Timing, that enables marketers to pinpoint the optimal timing for each subscriber's email delivery.
The product, which analyzes data culled from the billions of emails the service delivers each month, provides an opportunity to build an activity profile on individual subscribers and pinpoint a sweet spot when each is likely to open and respond to emails. The system is based on a machine learning algorithm and can send an email immediately or holdit up to 23 hours - wheneve the subscriber is most likely to open and engage. The solution then continues to analyize and djust profiles, keeping rack of the shifts in individual subscribers habits.
GetResponse ran a private beta in June and July of 2015 and reported its users saw opens and clicks increase 23 percent and 20 percent respectively.
