Cloud-based sales tax and compliance automation solution Avalara is lending a virtual hand, introducing a free version of its TrustFile sales tax reporting and filing solution for small online retailers.
The solution enables small ecommerce sellers to determine their sales tax filing requirements across the 12,000 tax jurisdictions in the United States. Internet retailers will be able to determine whether or not they are collecting the right among of tax in each individual state, and then store their sales tax history records in the cloud.
