Shopping rewards program Ebates has acquired comparison shopping website Extrabux.
Extrabux co-founders Jeff Nobbs and Noah Auerhahn will assume leadership positions in Ebates's China operations. Nobbs will manage the China operations out of its new Shanghai office, and Auerhahn will drive product innovation and development for the Chinese-language site.
