Mike founded Axis Creative Group in 2006. In 2010, Axis merged with Web Talent SEO to become Web Talent Marketing. In 2017, Mike—an entrepreneur at heart—co-founded a tech and marketing recruitment agency, Shyft Careers. Balancing the demands of two growing companies with an active lifestyle that includes boating, skiing, fishing, and traveling, Mike enjoys spending that time with his family.
